We have a 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy. You must cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment time or there will be a $45 cancellation fee. That fee will be charged to the credit card on file. The $45 cancellation fee must be paid before you are able to book another appointment with us. You are able to cancel or reschedule your appointment online within the 24-hour time frame. You also have the option of calling or texting us in order to have us cancel your appointment for you.
If you miss your appointment and you do not call and do not show up for your appointment, the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount of your service appointment.
If you arrive late for your session, your session time will be shortened to be sure that we can stay on schedule for our appointments. If you are late by 15 minutes or more, you will need to reschedule and you will be assessed a cancellation fee of $45 to be charged to the credit card on file. We ask that you arrive 10-15 mins early for your appointment in order for a proper intake to be done.
If you are not feeling well, we ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment. We want your 1st priority to be to rest and recuperate. Given the nature of massage and that the session takes place within a closed space and with close proximity, we want to be mindful and decrease the spread of illness. If you are sick, please call (804) 326-5150 or text if it is outside of the 24-hour cancellation window. We will likewise, do the same if we are ill, we will cancel or reschedule your appointment for a later date.
*Both the client and therapist are required to wear a mask during the entire session.
